This Extremaduran blend perfectly combines the bitterness of the native Verdial de Badajoz olive with the sweetness and smoothness of the Carrasqueña variety, evoking the serenity of a gentle mare, grazing peacefully amidst holm oaks and broom; Juncal.

When used raw, it is the master touch of flavor for your salads, vegetable creams, hummus, and more.

JUNCAL XXXI

For us, this mare represents the result of many years of dedicated work in the breeding and selection of animals by our stud farm's founder, Fernando González Solís (known as 'Fernando Nicanor'). In 2004, she was awarded first prize in her section (5–6-year-old mares) at the Spanish Morphology Championship for P.R.E. horses, held in Seville, popularly known as SICAB.

Later, she was sold to a stud farm based in Mexico, but we all remember her with special fondness.
