We offer authentic flavours, like the breed of our horses, which graze freely among holm oaks and broom, while curiously observing the bustle of machinery and farmhands during planting and harvesting seasons.
We like to show off our Castúo roots and customs, preserving many of them, such as preparing the crushed or split olive dressing each year, depending on preference... enjoying Iberian pork products from family slaughter and a good pitarra wine by the warmth of that cosy fire, or snuggling up to a good charcoal brazier, while we share chats with friends.
