Purchase Process

Placing an order in our online store is simple and quick:

1. Selection: Explore our catalog and choose the AOVE Nicanores format that best suits what you're looking for.
2. Cart: Click on "Add to cart" for the products you want. You can review your selection at any time.
3. Checkout: Go to your cart and click on "Checkout".
4. Details: Enter the necessary shipping and billing information.
5. Payment: Select your preferred payment method (Card, Bizum, etc.).
6. Confirmation: Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order along with a summary of your purchase.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

At AOVE Nicanores we take special care with packaging so the oil arrives at your home in perfect condition.

• Delivery times: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically before completing checkout, based on the destination and the total weight of the order. Free shipping on purchases over €100.

* Shipping area: We currently ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula.

3. Returns and Exchanges Policy

If something didn't turn out as expected, we're here to help.

• Right of withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to return your order, provided it has not been opened and retains its original seal.

* Damaged products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within a maximum of 24-48 hours by sending a photo and video of the condition of the package and the product to info@aovenicanores.com. We will take care of arranging the exchange at no additional cost to you.
